  “紅實綴青枝,爛漫照前塢?!庇种翖蠲芳t時,在金山區(qū)張堰鎮(zhèn)甪里村佳一水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖合作社內(nèi),一棵棵楊梅樹上結(jié)滿了個頭飽滿、色澤鮮艷的楊梅果實,摘下一顆放進嘴里,酸甜多汁,回味無窮。?

  “我們合作社種植了200棵楊梅樹,現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)成熟,采摘期將一直持續(xù)到6月底。楊梅樹回報周期較長,種植難度高,因此金山本地大批量種植楊梅的合作社不多,我算是其中一個吧?!焙献魃缲撠?zé)人張強是一位90后小伙,也是土生土長的張堰人,在父輩的耳濡目染下,從小就對農(nóng)業(yè)感興趣,聊起種植的果樹,他自豪不已。?

  8年前,一位朋友旅游回來給張強帶了一籃慈溪楊梅,肉質(zhì)細嫩、汁多味濃的口感,令他品嘗后萌生了要在本地種植楊梅的想法。于是他特意前往浙江買來不同品種的慈溪楊梅樹原苗,經(jīng)過多次嘗試和研究,最終選定了東魁楊梅品種。?

  在種植的8年里,張強經(jīng)歷了各種失敗,但他仍然干勁十足,漸漸地摸索出了一些楊梅種植經(jīng)驗,也認識到了楊梅生長過程中的“先天病”。?

  楊梅樹喜溫暖、陽光充足的環(huán)境,卻又耐寒不耐旱,因此高溫烈日是“天敵”。此外,楊梅雖喜濕潤,但害怕風(fēng)吹雨打,十分脆弱,所以有一定的種植難度,尤其是在6月份受到上海梅雨、臺風(fēng)季和地勢較低的影響,樹苗容易被淹死。經(jīng)過不斷地學(xué)習(xí)和實踐,張強選擇將楊梅樹種植在魚塘周邊,在仿山坡的地形進行種植,一是不容易受水災(zāi)影響,二是光照更加充足,樹干生長更快。試種成功后,2018年他開始大批量地種植楊梅樹。今年,他還打破原有露天種植模式,利用大棚的特性,讓楊梅樹光照時間更長,品質(zhì)更好,產(chǎn)量更高。?

  微風(fēng)輕起,酸酸甜甜的味道撲鼻而來,一顆顆楊梅色澤飽滿,在不同程度的紅色中展示從青澀到成熟的故事,吸引著附近的村民和游客紛紛前來體驗采摘的樂趣,享受“梅”好時光。?

  據(jù)悉,合作社除了楊梅樹,還試種了白枇杷、蜜脆梨、葫蘆梨、荔枝、蘋果、車厘子、雪瓜、青皮綠瓜、小皇冠西瓜、8424西瓜、石榴、紅美人等約40個品種。?

  “雖然經(jīng)營成本較高,但只要是金山人民喜歡的水果,我都會嘗試種植,這是避免同質(zhì)化競爭的方式,也能更好地促進金山本地特色農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展?!睆垙妼τ诤献魃绲陌l(fā)展有著明確的規(guī)劃,正如他的經(jīng)營理念一樣——在農(nóng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域不斷深耕,借鑒昨天,享受今天,創(chuàng)新明天。?

Increased soil protection

Soil protection is mainly about using larger machinery footprints, which helps to avoid damaging soil compaction. This ensures greater soil fertility while increasing porosity and the soil’s capacity to store more nutrients and water.

In recent years, tractors have undoubtedly become heavier. Nevertheless, soil compaction has steadily decreased due to the use of larger tyres and the ability to work with low inflation pressures. For example, a modern 22-tonne tractor only puts a pressure of 0.6kg/cm2 on the ground, while a 3-tonne 75hp tractor built in the 1970s applies much more weight, at 1.5kg/cm2.

However, this only works if the farmer is able to determine the nutrient demand of the crop as well as the nutrient content of the manure.

With the John Deere HarvestLab sensor, the precise nutrient content of the manure can be accurately measured. Controlled in real time by these active measurements and the application map recommendations, the tractor and slurry tanker are able to adjust the application rate automatically. This ensures the exact amount of organic fertiliser is applied according to the specific needs of the crop.

At the same time, there is a growing trend towards the use of site-specific or even individual plant treatments instead of uniformly spraying complete fields.
